I chose this salon after moving here a few years ago and haven't gone anywhere else since. Robert is so much fun to chat with, remembers little details about his clients and their lives, loves what he does and always does an amazing job. Let's get to where the magic happens, the salon. The salon has a warm and friendly vibe, by the end of it all and based on my observations they make you feel like family at LUX. Lejan's communication throughout was beyond superb, and the end result was priceless, I felt brighter and better about myself afterwards. Alanna did an outstanding job. She was just so sweet and helpful and my hair came out amazing. She gave me shampoo suggestions and told me I can text her at anytime to discuss how my hair is turning out. I definitely recommend her. Most clients go into a salon with an idea in their head of what they want to look like. That was my 11 year old today. Turns out she was the one with lots of questions for our stylist Lejan. She has very coarse and curly hair which equates to intimidating most hairdressers. Not Lejan. He took on the challenge and made my girl look and feel amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. This guy is the most professional and patient stylist. 5 stars because that's the service we received today!

To start off, I'd really like to shout out this place and how they kept their social distance between other clients that were there. I was happy to see that everyone had their mask on and were following healthy guidelines. I got an amazing balayage done by the one and only Robert. He did a great job and kept a great conversation the whole time, definitely felt comfortable the whole time. Will definitely be coming back here again :)
