Kindly note that we have a 24hr. cancellation policy.

If you have any questions regarding our policies or procedures, please feel free to contact the salon and ask to speak to one of our salon owners.

Deposit:

Everyone’s time is valuable, including ours. Please note that when a client fails to show up for an appointment or cancels with less than a 24-hour notice, our stylists have limited opportunity to rebook the appointment.

As a result of increased cancellations and no-shows due to Covid, all chemical services will now require a credit card on file to secure the appointment. If the chemical service is greater than $100, we will also require a non-refundable $30 deposit to secure the service. The deposit is credited towards your service and is not an additional fee.

cancellation / no-show:

We understand life happens! As a courtesy, please remember to call us as soon as you know that you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment. We will be more than happy to reschedule it for you. If you miss your appointment or fail to give us at least 24-hours notice, you will be required to pay a fee of 50% of your total service. The cancellation fee is subject to a manager’s decision. A no-show fee is non-negotiable.

For a client cancellation within 24 hours, you will forfeit your deposit and will be required to pay a new deposit in order to reschedule your next service.

For a no-show client, you will be required to pay your next service in full.

late policy:

To remain courteous of others, please arrive on time for your scheduled appointments. If you are running late, please notify our salon or your stylist as soon as possible. We may allow a 10-15 minute window (depending on your stylist/service) past your scheduled time before cancelling your appointment and moving on to the next client. If we need to cancel your appointment due to tardiness, we will then implement our cancellation/no-show policy.

refund:

No refunds will be provided for any service. We offer complimentary minor adjustments within 7 days of the service completion, pending a manager’s approval. If your service was completed by one of our independent contractors, it is their responsibility to make modifications on their schedule.


gift certificates:

Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be presented at the time your service is rendered. Lost, misplaced, or stolen gift certificates are not refundable, replaceable, or valid. Gratuity is not included with gift certificate. Certificates expire one year after purchase.

extras:

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced valuable items/clothing.

Please be considerate of others when using your cell phone.

Children should be supervised at all times, and remain respectful to those receiving services around them.
